The Estate Restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience in a breathtaking setting. Step into our Spanish-inspired, architecturally designed space, where timeless elegance meets modern warmth. Surrounded by vineyards, landscaped gardens, and flourishing wetlands, the restaurant perfectly harmonises with the natural beauty of Waiheke Island’s Onetangi Valley.

As Head Chef Axel Curtet-Latreille explains: “Our cuisine draws inspiration from the seasons, our Estate, Waiheke surroundings, and selected artisanal farmers and small producers from across Aotearoa. The top priorities for me are that produce is organically grown and ethically and sustainably sourced.” Discover a cuisine inspired by French traditions with a distinctly New Zealand twist.

Our Trust the Chef degustation is available for lunch daily, and on Friday and Saturday nights for dinner, offering a truly unique culinary experience.

This three – or five-course tasting menu showcases the finest ingredients from Waiheke and beyond, with options tailored to the rhythm of your day. Elevate your journey with our expertly selected wine pairing, designed to enhance every bite.

  • Three Courses: $115 per person (Available Friday nights only)
  • Five Courses: $175 per person
    (Add wine pairing: $110 per person for five-course menu)
