Écluse Vertical Tasting – A guided tasting of our flagship wine Écluse across four vintages from 2015-2018.
An ‘écluse’ is the French word for a lock, an engineered passage between changing water levels. Écluse reflects that idea of movement and discovery, revealing new layers and depth with each vintage.
Crafted in the Left Bank Bordeaux style, Écluse is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot & Malbec. Fermented in stainless steel open top fermenters and aged in new French oak, the wine is built for structure, balance, and graceful ageing.
