Carefully curated by Gideon Landman and his talented culinary team, the Six Course Set Menu draws inspiration from our Estate, Waiheke surroundings and small producers from around our beautiful Aotearoa.
We recommend adding the wine pairing option to enjoy the complete Tantalus experience – $110 per person.

Other things to know about Trust The Chef Dinner
We recommend allowing up to three hours for your Trust The Chef dining experience. Sit back, relax and enjoy your time with us.
Bookings are essential, and we require allergy and dietary requirements to be advised at the time of booking, as this helps our team to plan the menu.
As every Friday and Saturday night is planned as a bespoke dining experience, cancellations (including reduction in overall guest numbers) that are made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full cost of the menu of $175 per person.
If children are joining you for the Degustation Menu, we kindly ask that you include their ages in your booking comments. We offer an elegant and relaxed dining experience – screens with headphones are welcome.
Supplements: We frequently have access to very special ingredients in limited quantities. Look out for the supplementary items that change regularly on our menus. These are an additional cost to the prix fixe.
Dietary requests and restrictions: We can modify dishes for allergies and dietary restrictions with advanced notice. In order to allow us to plan for your visit, we ask that you inform us of your requirements at the time of your reservation.
